Ti Top Island: One of the World’s Most Stunning Beaches

Ti Top Island is renowned for its stunning scenery and pleasant weather, making it a must-visit beach destination. Occupying a small area of 3.7 hectares, Ti Top Island is one of the smallest islands in the Ha Long Bay, located in the Quang Ninh province of northern Vietnam. The island’s captivating view and excellent location attract a significant number of tourists every year. The island is named after Gherman Titov, the pilot of the Vostok II spacecraft, who made his journey just four months after Yuri Gagarin’s historic spaceflight on April 12, 1961. Vietnamese Athlete Wins Bronze in Long Jump at Asian Athletics Championships

Huong, representing the Vietnamese delegation, achieved a personal best of 13.68 meters, securing the first medal for Vietnam at the tournament. Mariko Morimoto from Japan won the gold medal in the event with an impressive leap of 14.06 meters, while Zeng Rui from China claimed the silver medal with a jump of 14.01 meters. At the age of 21, Huong previously won a bronze medal at the 31st Southeast Asian Games in Cambodia in May, achieving a triple jump of 13.46 meters. In December 2022, Huong also earned a silver medal with a jump of 12.94 meters at the ninth National Sports Festival. Vietnam part ways with S.Korean head coach of men’s football team

“The VFF and the head coach of the Vietnamese men’s football team, Park Hang Seo, have reached a consensus on the termination of the contract between the two sides on January 31, 2023,” the country’s football governing body said in its announcement. The decision means that the 2022 AFF Mitsubishi Electric Cup, set to take place between December and January, will be Park’s last tournament as the head coach of the team. Park, a South Korean national, signed his first contract with the VFF in late 2017 before renewing it for three more years in late 2019. The VFF recognizes that during his tenure as the head coach of the Vietnamese national team from October 2017 to date, Park and Vietnamese football have achieved many historic achievements, helping the country become highly recognized in the Asian football arena.
